Beauty Habits To Do Every Morning
These Are My Beauty Tips For You Which You Should Be Doing Daily

With just a few additions, a little bit of here and there can start your day off on the right foot. Just try to squeeze in some A.M time for your morning beauty routine, that’s what I do anyways.
I usually start by cleansing my skin of course and then apply my antioxidant serum before the moisturizer. Potent antioxidants, like vitamins C and E, help to protect your skin from aging free radicals. Those happen because of UV rays, pollution, and other environmental skin stressors throughout the day. Over a short period of time you will really notice the glow. Now I am ready to apply the moisturizer. Of course don’t forget to apply your SPF, the thicker the better, always under your foundation or powder. Don’t forget your lips, your neck, the backs of your hands, and your eye area too.
I try to integrate some protein in my morning breakfast. Like eggs or yogurt. Eating a high-protein breakfast helps me to stay feeling fuller longer and avoid overeating later in the day 🙂 . Drink a tall glass of water preferably ice cold, is key for kicking off your metabolism and sending the message to your brain that it’s time to get started. Drink green tea if you need an A.M. caffeine boost and aren’t the coffee type. Though coffee is still good. It contains antioxidants and will speed up your metabolism.
Sleep is very important. Every second counts. A morning workout will make you sleep better at night. Try it.
2 little secrets 🙂 . Spritz on a citrusy perfume or body lotion. The fragrance is fresh enough to help jumpstart your day. The smell works too on reducing your daily stress. Now mist your face in your fridge. Stand there for a while with your face as close as possible to feel the cold. This brings down the morning puffiness from your face and leaves you feeling bright and awake. Very awake 🙂 .
